Skip the store run
Most offices buy toner the same way: someone notices the low-toner warning, then makes a store run or places a rushed order. Smart Print Pittsburgh offers a simpler option for businesses in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We supply toner cartridges for HP, Lexmark, Ricoh and other printers and copiers, usually about 15% less than Staples, and we deliver them locally ourselves.
Free maintenance on your laser printers
This is the part most customers care about: purchase your toner cartridges from Smart Print and receive a free maintenance contract on your laser printers. No fine print: maintenance parts and labor on your laser printers are covered for as long as you buy your toner from us. Copier service is available separately as a paid service; see copier repair.

Local and established
Smart Print Pittsburgh has served Pittsburgh for about 35 years and is based at 8 Olympic Circle in Coal Center, PA. Because we also repair printers and copiers, the people supplying your toner are the same people who can help when a machine acts up. Questions about a printer?
